To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and respect for shared spaces, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules during your stay.

Room Cleaning
We kindly ask that you inform the reception each morning when you leave the room with your dog, so that our staff can access the room for cleaning. For safety and respect, our staff will never enter the room if the dog is present.
Please also note that it is strictly forbidden to wash or dry your dog in the shower or to use the hotel towels for this purpose.

Hygiene and Respect for Spaces
Please do not allow your dog to sleep on the bed and keep the room in a clean and hygienic condition. If you need an extra sheet, feel free to ask at the reception.

Never Alone in the Room
For your dog’s well-being and to avoid disturbances, it is not allowed to leave your pet alone in the room, even for short periods.

Always on a Leash
Within the hotel premises, dogs must always be kept on a leash.

Breakfast with Your Dog
Pets are welcome in the breakfast room as well. However, we kindly ask you to wait at the entrance: our staff will be happy to escort you to the area reserved for guests with pets.
